Make a Glow Leaf

This video shows how to use Paint Dot Net to make a glow leaf. It also shows that it is possible to make a How-To video using Google Plus Hangouts On Air.

Get Paint Dot Net
Use Google Images to find a pot leaf
Create a new layer in Paint.Net
Use the bucket to fill the bottom layer in black
Open another window
paste the leaf
use the magic wand select tool to select the leaf
copy it
paste it on the bottom layer on the black
use paint bucket to change the leaf from a bunch of colors of green to one color, white.
Use gaussian blur
go back to the other window with the leaf and copy again
paste the leaf over the blurred white leaf
merge the two layers
